Plays all the way through (all sides) without jumping OR sticking. From start to finish the total playing time (I played them one after the other) is just over 3 hours.

Great sound an all LP's from start to finish. Some great alternate takes, false starts, unreleased stereo versions etc. See below for detailed information.

All the discs do have marks on them and and odd feint scratches here and there. Remember they are NOT new and have been played!!

Record 1:

Sounds great from start to finish, has mild crackles at the start and at the end and inbetween the tracks. Light crackles are heard during.

See that feint small scuff in the picture - doesn't affect sound at all.

Record 2:

There is some mild background noise from 'Am I Blue' to 'Little Lou'. There are a few marks/stains on the discs that I can see that is probably causing that noise! See pictures and watch the video.

I did hear 2 pops in the song 'I'm Ready'. There are also some light pops on 'Cotton Picker' and then a few more louder 'type' one's towards the end.

Record 3:

Flawless from start to finish on both sides! Although I did hear 2 pops on 'Love Again'. I did hear one pop on 'Don't Wake Up The Kids'.

Record 4:

Flawless from start to finish on both sides! I did hear a few light pops on 'Lovin Time'. A few crackles towards the end of 'Proud Of You'.

I did hear 2 pops on 'White Lightnin'.

Inner Picture sleeves/booklet and box:

See ALL of the pictures. Ring wear evident. All sleeves have marks/mild dents/finger marks etc. No splits on the first 3. A small split has started to appear on inner sleeve no.4. Discs will be taken out of the inner picture sleeves for transportaion purposes.

Box is okay. As you can see it has rips/tears/scuffs/dents/bends/creases/marks/finger prints etc. Still has a nice shine to it.

Booklet is in excellent condition - staples still intact, no writing/scribbles.

I have taken loads of photo's so if you want any more specifics please ask as I can only upload 24 and the video.

Also up for sale is the re-issued 7" Twenty Flight Rock/Teenage Cutie on United Artists Records that was released to coincide with this box set in a super Picture Sleeve. This 7" will really compliment the box set! - finishes 5 minutes after this.
