Grading Definitions
Picture Sleeves & Labels
TOC = tear on cover. TOL = tear on label.
SW = storage wear. RW = ring wear. ES = edge/seam split.
EW = edge wear. LC = large centre. CW = corner wear.
S = sticker or label. WOC = writing on cover. WOL = writing on label.
SS = sticker stain or residue. FOX = foxing/brown ageing marks. C = creasing.
Vinyl
Mint minus(M-) = like new.
Excellent (Ex) = overall clean and shiny with a minor scuff or two. A keeper copy for sure.
Very Good (VG) = still quite acceptable with scuffs and some hairline scratches that may affect sound quality and also distract slightly from overall appearance.
Good (G) = well used but still worthwhile due to rarity or desirability.
(+) plus or (-) minus may be added to indicate a bias to the next grading level.
