Eddie Foster – ‘I Never Knew’ / ‘I Will Wait’ – In 6311 (Facsimile 2nd) (US)

No, this is not an original, and yes, one could be fooled. Not sure when these were made, probably in the mid-1970s by the looks and feel of it. This is one of the early facsimiles, with IN 6311 A and IN 6311 B, respectively, stamped in the run-out grooves (but no song titles). Great sounding and great looking record, much prettier than the later boots; very hard to find and as close to the real thing as you can possibly get without spending a fortune.  

Condition: Excellent or thereabouts, with ‘I Will Wait’ perhaps a notch below that grade (please listen to the clips). Clean but slightly worn labels with light scractches on the top side (please see scans).
