Eddie Lockjaw DAVIS, Buddy TATE,
Coleman HAWKINS, and Arnett COBB:
"VERY SAXY"
Vinyl is VISUALLY Graded:
looks strong vg plus on both sides:
Side one has almost no surface marks but has obviously been
played more than the b-side: lack of shiny in the grooves;
Side two has a few more surface marks but has been played much less:
grooves still have that rich, shiny lustre to them.
NICE THICK Pressing!
Clean labels WITH round "deep groove"
Jacket AND label have 203 SO. WASHINGTON AVE.,

RVG is machine-stamped in the dead-wax.
Record is lacquer-cut (mastered)
AND engineered / recorded by Rudy Van Gelder
strong VG plus: Jacket upper-right corner has price sticker,
both sides have some minor marks (discoloration)
rubber stamps on back, corner wear, light yellowing,
minor wear / minor fraying on the corners;
the spine and seams are intact!
Back has detailed liner notes by Ira Gitler
thick semi-glossy lamination on the front!
