Thanks to all of you who purchased from my Web Page listings during my eBay sabbatical but, even though they continue - I'm back on eBay! eBay's a little easier to manage and everyone gets an equal shot at the records they love - so off we go..............................

5" "Edison Concert" cylinder record in Edison Concert box w/ COPY OF A Bacigalupi "sticker" on lid
Announced as "Tenting Tonight... - Edison Quartette"
I had an advanced collector-friend who has a Concert phonograph listen to it and he says "I would call it a VG+., or as Kurt would rate it, a 6+, 7-. It plays all the way through very nicely. Nice announcement. Most sections are very pleasing without distortion and very good volume. A few areas have a little blasting. Not bad. Has scattered small mold areas that really do not affect the sound reproduction."
This box has a "XEROX" COPY of a Bacigalupi "dealer label" on top over the Edison Concert "label" - here's what the same fellow had ro say about it: "I tried my very careful steaming-off method for the "fako" label, but I finally decided it was best to discontinue as it was not coming off cleanly. Likely a number of remnants of it would have been retained on the surface of the original label underneath. I was able to restore the lid to exactly how it looked before I started. There's no sense going on with what was very likely to mess up the still excellent original label underneath. Anyway, "fako" or not..it's a very nice "fako". The fake label was definitely not going to come off in one piece..or even 10 for that matter!"

Shipping: Due to the somewhat fragile nature of these 5" records, I strongly suggest Priority mail - no sense in having this in the hands of the P.O. any longer than necessary - plus it would generally be with lighter packages - Media Mail can have some awfully heavy boxes (I know-I mail a lot of 78's that way!!). As such plan on $12 - I'll pay any additional. Insurance is additional and OPTIONAL, at YOUR risk.
You're welcome to combine "wins" or even leave them "on hold" for a few weeks to see what else I offer. If your combined "wins" total $15 or more, there will be no "packing fee" added.
