Description

Up for auction is an electrically recorded Edison Diamond Disc #52184.  Both sides are nice jazz by Harry Reser's Rounders.  You have #52184L "Our Bungalow of Dreams" and #52184R "Highways are Happy Ways".  I believe both sides are from 1927 and feature Tom Stacks vocals.  The record is nice.  There are some scratches on the Highways are Happy Ways side.  There is staining on the label on both sides as you can see in the photos.  Also the label is scotch taped on the "Highways" side.  I will leave the tape removal for the new owner.  I purchased the record like this.  
I rate my grading on the conservative side.  I use the VJM guidelines.  I would say the record is an E- to V+.  I am in the very early stages of selling my entire 30 year collection of Diamond Discs.  I cannot tell you how the record sounds as I have sold all of my Edison machines.  I am basing my grading off visual only.  If you have any questions please contact me.  I am more than happy to answer any other questions or provide any other photos.  All records will be shipped in a new sleeve with proper packing.  Winning bidder to pay shipping.  I accept payment within 24 hours of the end of the auction.
