Description
Here we have an Edison Blue Amberol by Vernon Dalhart #5460 “O! Dem Golden Slippers” marked V. Dalhart & Co. on the rim of the cylinder. Excellent playing condition-bright and shiny. Comes within ½” of fitting on the mandrel of my phonograph but will play to the end even with this. Cylinder could stand to be reamed but I will leave that to the eventual buyer. If you don’t have a reamer they are available on ebay-phonographs. Again, it will play all the way through as is so you can enjoy it as soon as you receive it. No cracks, splits, or broken plaster inside. I will ship in an Edison cylinder box with no lid but it is not be the original box.
Shipping will be via USPS media mail at cost in the USA. Should there be any international interest it will be shipped USPS Priority International. For overseas shipments, please email me during the auction to get a quote to save from any surprises.
