The disk has chips along the edge, none enter into the playing area.
Not sure what happen to label but clearly marked 51575 R  INSCRIBED IN RING AREA 10428 B 11, other side has 51575 L, 10428 B 11.

I don't see any major scratches, looks pretty nice in playing area.
