Description

This is an Edison disc recording, from the late 1920's when these were being recorded by the electrical process. This one is number 52448, Doin' The Raccoon and Ho-Ho-Ho-Hogan by pioneer recording artist Billy Murray, with the the 7 Blue Babies joining on the Raccoon side. This disc shows a few very light inaudible small scuffs, very light wear and still plays very well, no distortion audible. Edge flake on the Raccoon side not near the grooves. (The photo shows a little dust reflection in the grooves; this is not wear.)A really enjoyable disc! Please email us with any questions.
