Description
This is a fantastic near mint UK original, first pressing of the first, self-titled, Egg LP
Deram / Nova SDN 14 - Stereo
Laminated (to front) single sleeve with sticker to rear containing the correct track listing and liner notes (this sleeve was misprinted, and the first issued copies were hastily amended by adding this pasted-on sticker). Mono / Stereo 'hole' to rear sleeve (red Mono / blue Stereo). This copy comes with the original blue inner bag and is a stereo copy.

The sleeve is in lovely excellent plus condition - Perfect except for a small amount of storage wear and a few laminate creases (which were probably there from new). The sleeve is also a little 'wavy' to the rear from where the large pasted sticker has wet the sleeve. No splits, tears, rips or writing. No sticker marks. No creases. Clean, bright and straight and a lovely example.
The record labels are near perfect / mint. Just a few very light spindle marks.
The record itself is a fabulous near mint. Totally perfect except for several extremely light surface marks caused by the inner sleeve.
Played only three or four times in the last 35 years!
A fantastic copy, and so hard to find!

Postage is charged at cost as far as possible. I do not set out to make any profit from high postage charges...!
In the UK, P&P is £2.50 per item, although I will sort out a postage discount for multiple items sent together. Any item (or multiple items) which sell for more than £30.00 must be sent insured. This generally costs about £3.50 on top of the postage costs.
In Europe, P&P costs £3.50 per item (airmail), although I will sort out a discount for multiple items sent together. Any item (or multiple items) which sell for more than £30.00 must be sent insured. This costs £4.30 on top of the postage costs.
In the US, South America, Africa, Russia and Canada, P&P costs £5.00 per item (airmail), although discounts for multiple items will apply. Any item (or multiple items) which sell for over £30.00 must be sent insured. This costs £4.30 on top of the postage costs.
Postage to japan and the Far East is expensive!, Generally around £9.00 per item and an additional £4.30 for insurance, which must be paid for all items over £30.00
An 'item' is a LP record. Doubles cost slightly more. 7" singles, programmes etc. cost less
If you think you are being charged too much for postage please tell me and I'll do what I can to reduce the costs
Remember, this is just an approximate guide. I will send you an invoice at the end of each auction and specify the exact P&P amount
