Description

You are bidding on an excellent collection of classic vinyl.  All of the records are in VERY GOOD to NEAR MINT condition and so are the original sleeves.  Please read each description below as some of the original materials may be missing.

This set includes:

  • Piper at the Gates of Dawn - 1967 (Capital/EMI Records) -  This is the original 1967 Canadian release which is definitley a collectors item.  I have two others, another Canadian and the UK release from 1967, that I am not selling.
  • Relics - 1971 (mfp(music for pleasure)/EMI Records) - Catalog# MFP 50397 - This compilation was previously released in 1971 on the Starline label (SRS 5071).  This is the UK release.  This record is in near mint condition.  I don't remember ever playing it after opening.  Another item for collectors.
  • Ummagumma - 1969 (Capital/EMI/Harvest) - Catalog# STBB-388 - Released in 1969, the first disc is a live album of their normal setlist of the time, while the second one contains individual compositions by each member of the band.  I'm not sure if the inner sleeves are original.  The outer jacket shows some wear.
  • Meddle - 1971 - (EMI/Harvest) - Catalog# SMAS-832 -  I'm not sure if this is the US release from Oct 30, 1971 or the UK release from Nov 13, 1971, but it is an original.  The inner sleeves are missing entirely.  The records are in Good condition.  The outside jacket shows some wear.
  • Dark Side of the Moon - 1973 - (The Gramaphone Co/Capital/EMI) - Catalog# SMAS-2-11163 - Probably a second press, but from 1973.  The inner sleeve is not original.  The outer jacket shows some wear.
  • Wish You Were Here - 1975 - (Columbia) - Catalog# PC 33453 - An original US release from 1975.  Inner sleeve is original cardboard and in great condition.  Outer jacket shows some wear and a stain or two.  Record is in Very Good condition.
  • Animals - 1977 - (Columbia) - Catalog# JC 34474 - An original US release from 1977.  Inner sleeve is original cardboard and in great condition.  Outer jacket shows some wear, but very little.  Record has a few scratches that I can see.
  • The Wall - 1979 - (Columbia) - Catalog# BL 36185 - THE FIRST ALBUM IS MISSING!!  I DON'T KNOW HOW I LOST IT, BUT IT IS GONE.  THIS RECORD ONLY INCLUDES THE SECOND ALBUM.  THE ORIGINAL INNER SLEEVES ARE BOTH THERE.  THERE IS SOME WEAR ON THE SLEEVES AND JACKET.  THE RECORD IS IN GOOD CONDITION.
