Payment | Shipping Electric Okeh 45450 Fred Hall & His Sugar Babies w/jug
Fred Hall had one of the fine Jazz/Dance Bands in the New York area, but for a few years starting in 1928, he made some hillbilly type recordings with vocalist Arthur Fields. In making these records, Hall usually drew from the outstanding musicians in his Jazz Band.
Fred "Sugar" Hall & His Sugar Babies do "Maw And Paw And Me" and "Georgia Home" on Electric Okeh 45450. Arthur Fields does the vocal and there is even a jug and jews harp present in the group.
This was recorded in New York on February 6, 1930. It is in excellent (E) condition.
