ABOUT THIS ITEM 1969. Second album released by George, on Zapple, the experimental Apple off-shoot. Rare to be a New Zealand pressing. Flap-over cover from New Zealand, somewhat different from the other countries releases. George painted the front and back artwork (great essay in the recent re-release CD explaining who's who and what's what). NZ copy shows more of the front than my US copy, but is zoomed in and cropped to show less of the painting on the back. Front cover shows George's collaborator Bernie Krause at his mixing desk. It's his name that was hurriedly painted over when he wanted it removed from the front sleeve, just under the 'Produced by George Harrison' credit. Sleeve is in great condition with no splits or tears and a full spine. Vinyl is EX++ Clean Zapple labels.

ABOUT THE SELLER I've been on eBay since 2003 under the user name mearsi. This 'wooltonvillagefete' account is relatively new, set up just to sell my records, books and music memorabilia. My feedback is consistently positive. CDs that were originally in 'Jewel cases' have often been stored in plastic sleeves to minimise the space my 5000 CDs take up. That sometimes means the back piece of paper with the track listing has been folded to the same size as the CD booklet. If and when that is the case you'll see a fold in the photos. By having them in these plastic sleeves though they are easier/cheaper to post. I'm based in Sydney and pick-up or meeting is always an option.
COMBINED LOTS & POSTAGE Firstly - eBay estimates are not always right. If an item is large and/or heavy please bear in mind the postage might be more than eBay suggests. Message me if you have questions about that as I have posted a lot of items now to many different countries and can give estimates based on other items. Secondly, I pack records how I like to receive them - very well - which sometimes adds to the weight and costs, but does ensure you don't get a broken record in the post. If you are bidding on multiple lots I am happy to wait until you're done before invoicing. I send with tracking which adds $3 within Australia.
As a rough guide, posting within Australia an LP costs $10.40, a double or 3 LPs costs $17.50 with tracking & signature.
International buyers - the bigger a package gets, and the heavier it gets obviously the postage adds up. Please wait for a final invoice before paying if you're getting more than one or two records/CDs as eBay sometimes quotes too low.
