B side label misprint of Ella Fitzgerald & Billie Holiday - At Newport. The primary artist is not Ella Fitzgerald as displayed but Billie Holiday. Everything else is the same; jacket, labels' fonts and arrangement.

This Lp is un-banded with introductions. Side A is simply MC Willis Conover stating: "Miss Ella Fitzgerald". Side B is initially introduced by Conover who then turns over the mic to Johnny Mercer to introduce Billie Holiday. Towards the end of Mercer's comments he invites Gerry Mulligan to stay on the stage.
