Description

This is Verve Records MG V-4043, Ella Fitzgerald Sings Songs From Let No Man Write My Epitaph, a black, deep groove, "t", Made In USA label, original mono issue of this remarkable record featuring Ella accompanied only by Paul Smith on piano. The record is in near mint condition showing  almost no signs of wear and playing quietly even on this extremely quiet album. I'm pretty certain that the record was never played or only played once before I play graded it. The original cover is excellent and intact. The labels are excellent and show almost no spindle marks. An original inner sleeve is included. This is a superb collector's grade copy of  this rare and wonderful original mono issue. The records were cleaned on a VPI 17 and played on a Linn Sondek LP12.
