Ella Fitzgerald at The Opera House
Verve Records MG V-8264 deep groove label
while we have not had the signatures authenticated, the record appears to have been autographed by Ella Fitzgerald, Herb Ellis (guitar), Wilfred Middlebrooks (bass player, did not appear on this recording), and one other musician whose signature is illegible. see photo for details.
vinyl: NM-, clean and shiny, just a couple very minor marks / scuffs
sleeve: VG+, has an approx. 2" split on the top seam, very light corner wear and ring wear on the back cover

These are absolutely perfect in every way. Played almost never and has no marks. This record looks brand new straight out of the factory.
Near Mint (NM)
Record may have tiny marks on disc that do not affect playing.
Very Good Plus (VG+)
Record may show some slight signs of wear, including light scuffs or very light scratches that do not affect the listening experience. Covers may have some stickers, sticker residue, or small amounts of writing.
Very Good (VG)
May have surface noise, and some scratches may be audible. Ring wear or shelf wear will appear on the outer jacket.
