Description

Well kept, original 1956 issue of Ella and Louis (Verve Records MG V-4003). This is the variant with writing credits on both labels and a non-laminated front cover slick. The vinyl itself is VG+ with a few very light surface marks. Playback is quiet and excellent throughout with light crackle here and there. The cover is VG- with a light stain on the back, a small split at the bottom right corner and the start of some chipping on the spine. The machine stamped matrix reads as follows:  

  • Side A: MGV 𝟞̷𝟶̷𝟞̷𝟺̷𝙰̷ 4003 A 50078 1 1 1V
  • Side B: MGV𝟞̷𝟶̷𝟞̷𝟺̷𝙱̷ 4003 B 5007𝟟̷9 1 1 1כ
