ELLINGTON JAZZ PARTY DUKE ELLINGTON and his Orchestra featuring: Dizzy Gillespie, Johnny Hodges, Jimmy Rushing and Jimmy Jones. 1959 release original pressing.
LP is NM- with beautiful like new gloss. Plays as good as it looks! All analog mono recording. Sleeve looks NM- but is graded VG due to a 4" top right split. No spindle marks on the white promo Deep Groove 6 Eye label. Early 1B and 1B matrices. Will ship with a mylar inner sleeve (no original inner sleeve) and the record will be shipped with the inner sleeve and record outside the jacket.
From the estate of a Columbia Record Company executive and most LPs from this collection appear unplayed.
