Original 1st United States Monaural Pressing.

446 West 50th Street, New York address on yellow and black deep groove labels. Address is the same on back cover.

Side A: Dead Wax Hand Itched PRLP-7021-A         RVG 

Side B: Dead Wax Hand Itched PRLP-7021-B         RVG  

This record comes out of my own personal collection and was my playing copy.

And for grading purposes since I have not played this record in years, it is visually graded under a strong light and I also played it.

I would grade the condition of the vinyl as:

Side A - VERY GOOD condition There are abrasions present but mostly sleeve scuffs, a few light scratches. Some minor crackling and a pop here and there, but the music plays great and most of the luster is still present on the record. 

Side 2 - VERY GOOD condition There are abrasions present but mostly sleeve scuffs. There are scratches, some of which you can feel, there is some crackling and there are pops,  but the music out plays them and it sounds great and most of the luster is still present on the record.

This is still a very collectable record.  

I would grade the cover as VERY GOOD to VERY GOOD+ Beautiful laminated cover with the following noted. 

a) Side and bottom seams some of the blue Is flaked off, as well as the opening side blue.

b) Bottom seam split right side opening 1 1/2 inches.         

Please note during the mid 1960's into the 1990's I collected Jazz, sold and traded 45's and LP's under the name Empire Records in Goldmine paper which I ran set sales, auctions and put out my own set sale catalogs.
