Rare original UK EP released in 1971 on Avenue Records. Cat:NUE138.
Rare copy of this Soul/ Motown covers mini LP - possible Elton John session as this is the release before SOULBUSTERS (see my other auction), on which he sang backing vox and this was probably recorded during the same session. I'm also pretty sure that's David Byron singing on the fantastic Rocked up version of 'I can sing a Rainbow' (also sounds like him on 'Heard It Through The Grapevine').
Tracks: You got soul/ Heard it through the grapevine/ Dancing in the street/ Private number/ What does it take/ Love is blue/ I can sing a rainbow.
Record has some light scuff marks that cause a few light crackles and is in VG++ condition. Cover has light ring wear, a few small pen marks, a small sticker stain on bottom right corner and a few tiny surface tears around edges and is in VG+ condition.
Payment is accepted by Paypal. Within Australia we also accept Direct deposit transfer and Australia Post Money Orders.
Wrapping method: All records are sent in stiff cardboard mailers then wrapped in brown paper and sealed around edges with brown packaging tape. Records are taken out of sleeve to avoid seam splits and ring wear.
Post methods within Australia: All records are posted via Australia Post. Within Australia all items come with a tracking number.
Post method for overseas: All parcels are sent via Australia Post and are sent on a standard airmail service. There are no tracking numbers on these items. If you require a tracking number the item will have to be sent as an insured item which incurs a further postage fee.
