Description
Limited edition copy of the most recent Elton John hits collection. Fully play tested on an Audio Technica lp120x and deep cleaned using a Spin Clean Mark 2 record cleaner.
Both discs play through excellent aside from occasional minor surface noise every now and then, fairly common with coloured vinyl. There's a noticeable amount of surface noise on the last 30 seconds of Daniel but that was there when I first listened to it. In honesty, I must have played this album about five times max, play test included. If you can get past the above imperfections, it sounds absolutely fine.
The discs have a lovely partially transparent blue colour with only the occasional faint hairline mark. As it's blue vinyl though, you really have to look to notice.
The sleeves, inner and outer, are in near mint condition. The only snags being on the front cover there's a small printing mark (see photo just below the album title under the last two letters ) and it's quite heavy vinyl so there's a hint of ringwear on the outer sleeve.
Overall it's got a really good strong sound and looks excellent.
