We are an independent store serving up vinyl records, vintage and thrift. We are passionate about unearthing hidden gems, reviving past treasures and finding the perfect home for preloved goodies. We also bring you brand new finds, sounds of the future and headturning clothing which stands out from the crowd. At Strawberry Moon we champion individuality and our passion lies in finding items as unique as you are. We do things differently here, go against the grain, from our colour clash logo to little treats in your deliveries, we want to shake things up, and make a difference and show them how it's done. Our standard UK shipping is £3.95, with each additional item charged at £1.50. We ship via Royal Mail or UK courier, item and location dependent. We invite you to contact us for discounted postage when buying more than one item or for shipping outside of the UK. We understand how exciting it is waiting for your parcel to land on your doorstep, so to speed things up, just give us a shout and we can quote you on express shipping to have your goodies there in a flash. Proof of postage is always obtained and tracking numbers provided where applicable.

All of our items listed are described fully, we invite you to take a peek at our Record Grading information for full details on how the quality of our vinyl is rated. Should you receive an item which you feel is not as described, then please contact us. We don't offer returns as standard, however we do always want to help, so ask you to contact us right away with any concerns, if you change your mind or if you have any problems with your order and we will see how we can assist.

Mint

Perfect in every way, never been played and possibly even still sealed.

Near Mint

A nearly perfect record. Any visible defects do not affect the sound quality of the record. Sleeves in near mint condition have no obvious signs of wear. Very vague ring wear may be seen but no creases, seam-splits or other easily detected flaws will be visible.

Excellent

A very clean record, except or mild, superficial signs of wear. Sleeves in excellent condition may have slight defects, including minor creases from storage/transportation but no significant damage or splits.

Very Good Plus

A well-loved record that is noticeably imperfect, but defects do not significantly affect playback. Record surfaces may have slight scuffs or light scratches but are still primarily clean. Sleeves reported to be of this condition may have some creases or ring wear but should not be split.

Very Good

A used, reasonable copy to play. There may be some surface noise present and the sleeve may appear worn but the record is still a good copy.

Good

A well-worn record which is still playable. Good by no means suggests it is ‘bad’ but a record in this condition will have audible defects and/or visible groove wear. Sleeves may have various defects, but are still intact. These records are generally from an older, well played collection which have perhaps neglected care, but have been enjoyed over and over.

Fair and Poor

These grades are for records which have been neglected in various ways. We only sell records of this grade if they are sought after, rare or by request. Although, we do try to re-home all records and ensure they are given the longest life possible!
