Elton John - Very Rare - Captain Fantastic Limited Edition of 2000 - Cat No MCA 2142 - Brown Vinyl - Mint Un-Played

Another rarity from www.eltonjohnstore.com the dedicated Elton John store at eBay.

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to obtain a very rare limited edition version of Captain Fantastic, which although the shrink wrap has been removed, still comes with the Orange Sticker confirming that it was a limited edition.

Issued mainly to record company executives as a thank you for their support during Elton and Bernie's most successful period, this record is now very hard to find on the open market, as most  have ended up in fan's collections.

The second picture to the left is a close up of the promotional sticker, which says " This Limited edition presing is one of 2,000 personally autographed to thank you for your support ", and is included in this auction, it has been very carefully removed from the original shrink wrap intact, and refixed to a clear PVC cover which the album has been stored in.

The next three pictures  show both Elton and Bernie's autographs which appear on the inside of the gatefold cover.

The last picure shows the vinyl itself, which is a deep brown colour, and as you can see is as shiny as the day it was pressed.

As with the standard release, this album comes complete with the open out poster of the album artwork, as well as the lyric book, and scrap book, all of these three items are also in mint condition.

This album has never been played due to its rarity, so therefore comes in unplayed condition.

Due to its rarity and value, this item will be posted via an insured method, and will require a signature upon receipt.
