The item for auction is a Vintage Elvis 45 EP RCA Victor EPB-1254  2 record set with 8 songs  Blue Suede Shoes, I'm Counting On You, I Got a Women, One-Sided Love Affair, Tutti Frutti, Tryin to Get to You, I'm gonna sit Right Down and Cry, I'll Never Let You Go. Cover in good condition no tears records are in fair condition plays ok. We have other Elvis records for sale on our site check them out too

Warranty:

• If item is sold AS-IS, there is no warranty, and no returns, unless the wrong item was shipped.
• We do our best to describe all items accurately. We deal in both new and used items, so opinions about condition may vary.
• If you have any questions about the item, please email us before bidding.
• We only accept returns if the item significantly differs from the auction description. Upon receipt of returns, we will refund the highest bid price only.
• Buyer must return the item at their own expense within 10 days of our ship date (please email us first). We do not refund return shipping charges.
• If you have questions concerning the warranty of the item, prior to bidding please email us at our EBAY Site 
• If you receive the wrong product, you must notify Leaveit4auction, Inc.  within 15 days of delivery at  at our Ebay Site , please allow 24-48 hours for response.

• Contact must be made with Leaveit4auction within 3 days of winning the auction.
• Leaveit4auction reserves the right to cancel any order if payment is not received within 1 weeks of the close of an auction.
• All auction items are for shipment only. We do not allow customer pickup of orders.

• We accept Paypal   and payment must clear before item is shipped.
• Massachusetts residents must add 5%
• Payment Must be received within 1 week of the item closing. A Non-paying bidder alert will be filed and auction will be revoked.  If you wish to combine winning auctions for shipping, they must close within 3 days of each other. If combining, please wait for all items to end before going to checkout.
• Our Store is located in Chicopee, Massachusetts.  
• $1,000 PayPal Buyer Protection: Your transaction with us is covered under PayPal's buyer protection insurance for up to $1,000 for your protection.
• PayPal customers: When paying by PayPal, please use our ID leaveit4auction8.  Please be patient and wait for your product to be shipped. Once your payment has been received, we will ship within 1-2 business days.

SHIPPING:

• Confirmed Shipping Only: We can only ship to your PayPal confirmed address. For security reasons, there are no exceptions to this rule. Please DO NOT ask us to ship to an address other than your PayPal confirmed address.
• All items shipped exclusively by UPS and USPS.  Ground and Air services are available (depending on location).  Buyer pays all shipping costs.
• We Professional package all items appropriately to ensure a safe arrival.  A packaging and handling fee will be charged only to cover our costs of materials and labor and will be including in the shipping cost total.
• Local pick-up is also available.  A $2.00 handling fee and 5% Massachusetts sales tax will be charged.
• Worldwide: Certain items will be shipped Worldwide.  Other items may only be shipped within the US. See the Shipping instructions to determine. Please remember that you will be responsible for any and all fees related to importing, which are based on an item's declared value (winning bid amount). We are not able to calculate these, so please check with UPS before bidding.
• Processing Time: Orders are processed Monday thru Friday, 10am to 6pm eastern standard time. All orders will ship out about 1 - 2 business days after the payment is received.
