You are guaranteed satisfaction with your purchase with no exceptions. If you’re unhappy in any way, just let me know. My goal is to connect these records with people who will appreciate them. Whether you buy them for your personal collection, your listening pleasure or resale... it doesn’t matter to me. My only goal is to play fair, find cool records and make them available to those who want or need them. Thanks for checking out my listings.
A word about grading... All of my records are visually graded. I am not a record grading expert. When I have the chance, I will play them. If they need some love, I will clean them. In general, I have learned to ‘under-grade’ rather than ‘over-grade.’ That said, if you still disagree with my advertised condition, let me know. I offer a 14-day MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE if you are unsatisfied with the condition of your album in any way.
