Elvis Presley LP Girl Happy SHP-5436, Japan 1965, original black Label, unique sleeve OBI is a copy / OBI ist eine Kopie !
Sehr seltene und gesuchte Originalausgabe aus Japan, darf in keiner gut sortierten Elvis-Sammlung fehlen! Das Cover gab es so nur zwischen 1965 und 1969 in Japan, danach wurde auch dort das US-Layout übernommen. Sehr gesuchtes Sammlerstück, nicht mit der Bootleg aus den 90ern zu verwechseln (diese hat ein weißes, unbedrucktes Label, ist aber keine Testpressung der Japanischen LP, wie mancherorts behauptet wird).
Die Platte ist in sehr gutem Zustand mit wenigen oberflächlichen Gebrauchsspuren, schöner Glanz. Dies ist die absolute Erstauflage mit dem dünnen, laminierten Cover. Pressungen ab 1966 hatten bereits eine festere Papphülle. Das Cover ist in sehr gutem Zustand, keine Risse, offenen Ränder, Knicke oder Aufkleber. Mit original Textbeilage, OBI ist eine Kopie!
Rare, unique and sought after original issue from Japan. This particular sleeve was only available from 1965-69 in Japan, afterwards Japan re-released this album with the common US sleeve. Attention, this is NOT the bootleg from the 90´s which can easily be recognized because of the white, blank labels (though not a test press of the japanese original, like some people claim in their auctions).
This is the very first issue with the thin coated sleeve. Pressings from 1966 onwards were made of thicker stock. The sleeve is in very nice condition, no rips, no creasing, splits or writing. Comes with original lyric sheet, OBI is a copy!
The record itself looks fine, great gloss, some light paper scuffs, no scratches. Take your chance, good luck!
