Physical Condition: All items are guaranteed to be in the condition listed. Please see all the pictures and there are no returns or refunds on items listed "as is".

Return shipping is paid by the buyer.

We will not accept returns on new product that has  been opened and is fully functional.

We test all returned items. If the item is found to be defective, or if we made an error in describing the item, we will refund the entire amount. However, if the item is found to be functional and as described in the auction we will still refund the entire amount, less Shipping & Handling charges, and a 20% restocking fee will be assessed.

Items Damaged in Shipping: Please keep the packing material for possible inspection by the shipping provider.

Item Description:

This is a Elvis Presley "A touch of Gold" 45 album.  It is RCA Victor EPA-5101 Gold Standard Series.  It has the maroon/red label.

Someone has previously written on the top of the sleeve and over the body of Elvis on the front.  Also on side 1 of the 45 has writing on it.  See pictures!

The album itself is has a few minor marks but nothing major.

New: Item is new in the packaging, as you would buy it from the manufacturer. Fully Functional.

New Other: Item has never been used, but may have been removed from the packaging. Basically, the item has been opened for inspection. Fully Functional.

Like New: Item is practically new, no scuffs or nicks. Our rule of thumb here is if we think its new but can't prove it, its "Like New". Fully Functional.

Excellent: Item is used but barely. There may be some signs of use, but only a few nick and scratches that are hardly noticeable. Fully Functional.

Very Good: Item is used and has some scratches or wear on the finish/paint, no dents or signs of abuse. Fully Functional.

Good: Item may have more significant signs of use including scratches, scuffs and small dents. Fully Functional.

Fair: Item may have a lot of scratches, scuffs, and dents. There may be some cosmetic parts missing. Item functions, but may have some quirks.

Poor: Item has a lot of scratches, scuffs, Item may be missing parts that may or may not affect functions. Item works as described only.

For Parts or Non-Working: Sold "as is". Item does not work. We do not know what will fix it, but may suggest what we think will do it. Any item sold For Parts is not warranted in anyway, and no refunds will be given.
