Description
Welcome------you are bidding on a RCA 74-06511 45rpm record. Orange Label----No Dog. This record is graded MINT (see grading below). In this case Mint means FLAWLESS ! The vinyl does not appear to have ever been played. It is that perfect. Very sharp. Very high gloss. You will NOT be disappointed.
As for the sleeve-- MINT. Grading sleeves are hard. This one is a little unusual, so PLEASE read this carefully. It is in a very hard rigid sleeve. A little stiffer than what a 33rpm sleeve would be. It appears to be "homegrown" although I purchased about 30 of these in an estate sale. I have also seen others sell these types of records on E-Bay. I can not understand why someone would go through so much trouble cutting apart a sleeve and glueing it on a cardboard sleeve, so it leads me to believe perhaps this is no as homegrown as I think. It is in shrink wrap plastic that can not be removed without tearing it off.
SIDE ONE---"Bosom of Abraham"
SIDE TWO----"He Touched Me"
Carefully read my grading policy. I visually grade all records under bright lights. I try my best to give you a very clear discription of what you are buying. If for some reason the record does not play to the grading I gave it----please email me as I will be happy to work with you for an adjustment or refund.
RECORDS:
Sealed: Store stock new
- Mint: Like new or near new with only one or two small insignificant defects
- Near Mint/M-: Extremely nice. Would be Mint, except for a possibly a couple of light hairlines or scuffs
- VG++: Still a very nice record with all or nearly all of its original gloss but may have a few more light, surface marks, hairlines, needle tracks or the like
- VG+: A nice, but used record that may have a series of light scuffs or scratches. It probably plays with a some pops
- VG: A well-used record that still should sound OK when played, but may have moderate surface noise, pops, and even a possible skip.
- VG-: A very well-worn record that plays through, probably has skipping and snap, crackle, pop
- Good: Probably will play through but with much in the way of surface noise, pops, crackles, skips etc.
- Fair: You’re getting this record just to own.
- Poor: The sky’s the limit as far as condition in the negative sense
COVERS:
There are really too many possible defects regarding covers to be as specific in my definitions as I had been with my record grades. But please keep in mind these general grading guidelines:
- I will give greater weight to the condition of the front cover than back cover when assigning an overall grade
- Stickers – I will state if there are any
- If I write that a cover has a punch-hole, I’m talking about a small punch-press type hole
- A factory saw mark is a narrow cut in the perimeter of the cover, could be anywhere and vary in length from 1/2” to 2” at the most.

Note: I have recently changed the price for the first record to $3.50. BUT-----the first 4 records ship for that same low price. Look around...most people out there are charging $1.00+ for each additional. If you win an auction and only buy one record, I will usually ship it "First Class" rather than Media Rate for the same low price. But if you buy 2-4 records, I will usually ship Media. I check the weight and search the prices on each and every purchase to get you the best deal. This includes delivery confirmation. This extra service helps in tracking your package if lost or delayed. THANK YOU!...............................PLEASE CHECK BACK FOR MORE EXCITING AUCTIONS IN FANTASTIC CONDITION AND PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT MY OTHER ITEMS FOR SALE!
I will combine shipping.....
First 4 records to the lower 48 states ship for same low price $3.50, each additional record is 25 cents.
Email me for international shipping, but generally the cost is $10 US for the first record and $1.00 for each additional.
