Description
PAYPAL ONLY. Up for auction is an original 1956 promo of Elvis Presley SPD-22, this is just the second record containing sides 2 and 3. I don't have the other record or the cover. AS YOU KNOW, nice copies of this record sell for $800-1500. However, this one isn't nice. It shows a lot of wear on both the vinyl and the label, but the label can still be read, see pics. A previous owners initials are on both sides, see pics, but it is dark against the black label, so it doesn't show too badly. THE FIRST 10 SECONDS of side 2 skips and keeps skipping until you move the needle. After that the rest plays through with good fidelity, but crackle and hiss. The other side plays through OK, but with the same crackle and hiss. Normally, I don't sell records in this condition unless they are super rare. Someone might need this until a better one comes along. AGAIN THIS RECORD ABOUT 10 SECONDS INTO SIDE 2 SKIPS UNTIL YOU MOVE THE NEEDLE. Sold as is for that reason, of course. Slight storage warp that does not affect play. Rare. I JUST HAVE THE ONE RECORD FOR SALE, NO COVER OR OTHER RECORD. Shipping is $4.00 domestic, and $14.50 International locations. Payment is by Paypal only, please. Bid with confidence, I have been selling records to collectors for over 30 years, long before eBay! I have worked for River Records, Capital City Records, Used Kids Records, and the late Ken Stone. Thanks for your consideration, Jeff
