My standard disclaimer about vinyl: As with all vinyl records, there may be at least some pops, clicks and other surface noise, as opposed to flawlessly pristine CD sound quality.

This is the rare and collectible four-track 7" 45 rpm vinyl record by Elvis Presley that includes two songs on each side ("Blue Suede Shoes" and "Tutti Frutti" on Side A, and "I Got a Woman" and "Just Because" on the B side). RCA Victor label, catalog number EPA-747 (which I also will type as EPA747 and EPA 747 in case anyone is doing a search for it that way). The code under that catalog number is G2WH-1855, and both labels say that the record is in "New Orthophonic" High Fidelity. Whatever that means.
More details:
The record looks clean except for some minor scuffs on the B side, nice and glossy, and the labels look great. The sound quality does have some surface noise (more on the B side than the A side). It's not terrible, both sides are definitely listenable, but be aware that there is some surface noise.
The heavy cardboard sleeve (which is the version with the black border at the top of the front, with the song titles in white text within the black border) looks GOOD-VERY GOOD on the front, just some minor "rubbing" and minor corner wear, but there is a discolored stain on the back (see photo) that extends from the top edge down to the word "Suede" in "Blue Suede Shoes." The mostly white back cover also shows rubbing. No splits.
