What a great Christmas gift this would make for the consumate Elvis' fan/collector! UP FOR AUCTION: This is an estate sale find! Elvis Presley 1954 original and authentic 78 rpm 10 inch shellac record of That's All Right and Blue Moon of Kentucky by RCA Victor #20-6380! Recorded in New Orthophonic High Fidelity! This was Elvis' breakout single on RCA after being sold to them by SUN records! This record has been tested on a phonograph for sound quality! The record also comes with an excellent grade vintage RCA sleeve! I have take six (6) quality photos for your review and consideration!
Grading and Condition of Shellac Record: Using the VJM Record Grading System here is the record condition and grades for the following attributes:
Shellac quality: E+ (Excellent plus)...very few if any scuffs, marks, or scratches with good shine/gloss. I would rate it Near mint, but the record has been played and used. No chips, cracks, or fractures.
Label quality: E (Excellent)...the label on the record is in very good condition, good spindle hole, vibrant colors, all readable with logo with only a few light marks on the label itself.
Sound quality: E+...the record was tested on a vintage phonograph for sound quality. Like all 78 rpm records from the 1950's, the sound quality is quite good, but with the normal background noise from this type of recording on shellac back then.
Record sleeve: E+ to NM (near mint)...the RCA sleeve on this record is beautiful with little creases/tears (if any).
NOTE: I also have a very nice framed press photo of Elvis Presley and Ann Margaret on the set of the movie VIVA LAS VEGAS and autographed by Ann Margaret. The photo comes with a Certificate of Authenticity By A-Team Collectables out of Rochester, New York!
