In 1965, I purchased this 45 new from the Apex record store in Schenectady, NY. It has been stored ever since in a smoke free, climate controlled environment. I am selling my collection because my son has no interest in it. Condition : I am not using the Mint-NM-VG-G grades because the descriptions are nebulous. Record : Never played. Label : See scan. Sleeve : No splits, stains, writing or stickers. Front cover ring wear.
