Description
This is an auction for an original DEMO / PROMO copy of An American Trilogy / The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face released in the USA.
The record itself (74-0672 Yellow label) is in EXCELLENT- / VERY GOOD+ condition retaining some of it's natural sheen.
The labels are bright but have NO WRITING ( see photos)
The labels are clearly marked " NOT FOR SALE" ( see photos)
The record is also housed in a separate RCA company Sleeve. ( see photos)
The picture sleeve is much sought after and is in VERY GOOD+ condition.
This sleeve has NO WRITING. ( see photos)There is a small piece at the bottom and side missing ( see photos)
There is very little ringwear on this ( normally a lot heavier due to the dark background)
This sleeve is also a bit of an oddity as on the American Trilogy it advertizes " From Elvis' Standing Room Only Album. This was NEVER released and instead Elvis As Recorded At Madison Square Garden was released.
That all said this is a great affordable collection filler until that $150+ copy comes along.
THIS IS QUITE A HARD RELEASE TO FIND AND ESPECIALLY AT THIS STARTING PRICE!!!!
