Description

CHRISTMAS SESSIONS VOLUME 1 and 2

You are bidding on a set of 2 cds!!

THIS IS THE LAST SET AVAILABLE!

Every year a “new” Elvis Christmas album is released, and while we all have the songs, still it’s always tempting to buy….… must be the season….

Last year, STAR presented something a bit more different… you would think during the “Christmas sessions” only “Christmas” songs were recorded, but that’s not the fact…the 1957 session for example started in with “Treat Me Nice” and during the seventies sessions “Padre” was recorded as well. It’s nice to have these sessions complete now, in chronical order, including some rare alternate takes, count in’s and studio laughter.

It’s also nice to have all the “count in’s” on one cd, where BMG likes the spread things out over four..…. Makes you wonder why should that be……

Presented in deluxe digipack this is another winner from the great STAR collection.

Tracks:

VOLUME ONE:

Treat Me Nice – (with count in)

Blue Christmas

My Wish Came True – (with count in)

White Christmas – (with count in)

Here Comes Santa Claus

Silent Night

Don’t – (with count in)

Oh Little Town of Bethlehem
