Condition Description & Other Information ## "OK, Elvis Collectors... you all probably already know how RARE this album is!! However this particular one has everything!! It's the Australian Mono First Pressing which is unlisted in Discogs... It includes what is regarded as the RAREST Bonus Elvis Album Photo in the World... and for good measure the Vinyl is Near Mint, original Inner Protective Sleeve with that amazing velvety feel, and an Excellent Cover with bright glossy finish & no seam splits!!!!!!!!! The last time this album with photo sold on eBay it made $383.65 in October 2023" ##   The Vinyl is described as Near Mint & plays exceptionally well, below average background and no skips or stops. Very few signs of play. Several spindle marks to both labels. There are just a few extremely fine hairlines & near invisible sleeve marks to both sides of the record. The Vinyl has retained all of its rich waxy lustre. Cont'd...  The Cover is described as Excellent. There is some visible edge/spine & corner-wear. There are some fine cracks to spine & edges with associated wrinkles. There is some minor ring wear to front & verso. There are some minor colour losses to edges & spine. There are some areas of foxing to front & verso. No seam splits of any kind. Couple of minor stains here & there. The Bonus Photo is in fantastic shape & I have described it as Excellent. A few barely visible wrinkles. Extremely minor edgewear and some insignificant marks to verso. Please see attached photos...
