You are bidding on the Elvis Presley 45 RPM 7 inch EP double gatefold record, Elvis Presley, EPB-1254. These are "New Orthophonic High Fidelity" and it's the two record set with 8 songs as follows: Blue Suede Shoes, I'm Counting on You, I Got a Woman, One-Sided Love Affair, Tutti Frutti, Tryin' to Get to You, I'm gonna Sit Right Down and Cry, and I'll Never Let You Go. This is a very popular and rare record and I know this will make a nice addition to someone's collection.  The jacket is the hard cardboard type, double gatefold. It is not mint by any means, it has some wear. The photo on the front is still very nice and looks fine, and there are no tears or splits on the cover but it does have some wear. You may notice on the photo that on the upper/right area of the front, the "54" is missing form the EPB-1254, I think it has something covering it as though something was spilled on it or maybe a price tag was taken off on that spot and it took some of the surface with it, it's hard to tell. The inside has some minor staining and discoloration, mostly at the top area. There also are some of the white spots we often see that indicates wear, a small amount on the cover and a little more on the back. I would like to sell this record for a good price but I wnt to make sure the bidder knows it is not perfect. It looks fine, it will show fine in your collection too but it's not perfect.

Now, the records: Side 1 with Blue Suede Shoes and I'm Counting On You is shiny and looks pretty good but it does have some scuffs and scratches on it. The scratches are not deep enough to feel, they're not that bad. Side 4 with I'm gonna Sit Right Down And Cry and I'll Never Let You Go on it is also shiny but it has some scratches...it looks like someone placed the record under something then pulled it out and scuffed it, there are several scuffs in a pattern that go outward to the edge. Again, I can't feel the scuffs here with my finger, they're not real deep. Side 3 with Tutti Frutti and Tryin' To Get To You is very shiny and nice with only a few minor scratches on it. Side 2 with I Got A Woman and One Sided Love Affair is about the same as Side 3...it has a few minorl scuffs and looks pretty good.

Regarding the photographs, if you notice what appear to be some lines in the photos, that’s just from my scanner. There are no lines or weird patterns on the sleeve.

I am not an expert regarding 45RPM or LP records, and I will not attempt to play these records so I am describing it as best I can.  If I find scuffs and/or scratches on a record I'll say so, I'll use plain English to describe everything. Feel free to contact me with more questions. I can’t absolutely guarantee that it won’t have a scratch or skip because I am not playing these records. I will describe the sleeves the same way, by just being perfectly honest.

For payment I accept PayPal, bank checks, money orders, or personal checks. Item will be shipped when payment clears. Payment must be provided within 5 days of end of auction and if you do not use PayPal please contact me within 24 hours of end of auction so I’ll be aware of payment method you have chosen. Shipping is via U.S. Postal Service, Media Mail in the U.S. and the cost for shipping, packaging, and handling is $4.00. If you'd prefer Priority Mail it is $6.00 and please notify me. For international bidders, I use Global Priority Mail and the cost for shipping and handling is $11.00.  If you want insurance I'll keep your receipt until the item has been received in good condition and will send it to you should the need arise. Insurance is $1.35 up to $50; $2.30 from $50.01 to $100; $3.35 from $100.01 to $200; $4.40 from $200.01 to $300; $5.45 from $300.01 up to $400, and $6.50 from $400.01 up to $500. For multiple items won I will ship up to 5 records for the same price then add $1 for each additional record.

If you are unhappy with the merchandise for a legitimate reason I will be happy to accept a return. You must notify me and send it back within 7 days of receiving item. Once I receive the product in the same condition as it was sent to you, I will refund your cost of the product plus shipping. I will make every attempt to be fair and I ask and expect you to do the same.
