We are more than willing to assist in pursuing the courier for any necessary delay information.

Pre-sale shipping dates:

For pre-sale titles, we prominently display the official release date supplied by the record label. Please be advised to disregard any arrival date provided by eBay in favour of the official release date specified in our listings. Return Policy for Vinyl, CD, and other media:

We regret to inform you that returns for vinyl and CD/Media are not accepted once any seal or shrink wrap has been compromised. This policy is in place to prevent the misuse of returns and ensure the integrity of our products.

However, if an item has been sent in error or is defective, we are willing to accept returns. Unsealed items will be clearly indicated in the product description and can be returned as such.
