You are bidding on the Elvis Presley 45 RPM 7 inch record, Elvis Sails, The Press Interviews Elvis, EPA-5157. This is the one that has "RE-RELEASED BY POPULAR REQUEST FOR YOUR COLLECTION" on the front and is part of the Gold Standard Series. This record has never been opened and still has the shrink wapped plastic seal. Regarding the photographs, if you notice what appear to be some lines in the photos on the sleeve, that’s just from my scan. There are no lines or weird patterns on the sleeve.

This is one of several hundred collectible records I’m selling from a private collection. Please see my other auctions for similar items. This is an estate item so I have no personal knowledge about when it was purchased or any other detailed information. I am not an expert regarding 45RPM or LP records, and I will not attempt to play these records so I am describing it as best I can. And I am not using the typical descriptions used by experts because of my lack of experience but if I say it is very nice that means I can find few if any scuffs or scratches and it will be VERY NICE AND CLEAN. If I find scuffs and scratches on a record I'll say so. I'll use plain English to describe everything. Feel free to contact me with more questions. I can’t absolutely guarantee that it won’t have a scratch or skip because I am not playing these records. I will describe the sleeves the same way, by trying to be perfectly honest. For payment I accept PayPal, bank checks, money orders, or personal checks. Item will be shipped when payment clears. Payment must be provided within 3 days of end of auction and if you do not use PayPal please contact me within 24 hours of end of auction so I’ll be aware of payment method you have chosen. Shipping is via U.S. Postal Service, Media Mail in the U.S. and is $4.00. If you'd prefer Priority Mail it is $6.00 and please notify me. For international bidders, I use Global Priority Mail and the cost for shipping and handling is $11.00. Insurance is included in U.S. shipping cost. Should the need for a claim arise, I will send you the receipt and you will need to make the claim at your local post office. For multiple items won I will ship up to 5 for the same price then add $1 for each additional record.

If you are unhappy with the merchandise for a legitimate reason I will be happy to accept a return. You must notify me and send it back within 7 days of receiving item. Once I receive the product in the same condition as it was sent to you, I will refund your cost of the product plus shipping. I will make every attempt to be fair and I ask and expect you to do the same.
