This is the landmark 1969 studio album From Elvis in Memphis, often cited as one of the greatest "comeback" albums in music history. Recorded at American Sound Studio in Memphis with producer Chips Moman and the legendary "827 Thomas Street Band," this record marked a return to Elvis's soulful, R&B roots. It features the timeless hit "In the Ghetto" and powerful tracks like "Long Black Limousine" and "Any Day Now."
This particular copy is an Original 1969 US First Pressing on the orange RCA Victor label. It comes in its original shrink wrap, complete with the rare red "Special Bonus!" sticker and the original full-color bonus photo of Elvis.
