Description

Up for auction is an Elvis Presley "G.I. Blues" vinyl LP (LSP-2256 Matrix: L1/L2 PY3660-1/2s C1/B1). This includes the Wooden Heart sticker on the front cover. Complete grading as follows:
Jacket: VG+ :: I would grade on the high side of VG+. Some light ringwear on the front and back, light shelf wear on front and back. Spine is crisp and clean, clearly legible. Edge wear is minimal. Inner sleeve is a plain RCA Victor Records sandstone colored sleeve in excellent condition, one seam split on the bottom.
Sticker: See pictures -- there is light wear on the sticker from standard shelf wear, see pictures for a general idea of the look of it.
Vinyl: VG+/VG+ :: Vinyl is overall very clean, some light scratches on both sides that affect play minimally. Surface noise is minimal, and the dead wax lead in on both sides are very clean with minimal noise. One scratch on side two has a few ticks upon rotation, but doesn't overpower the music. Labels on both sides show moderate spindle wear, but only upon close inspection under the light. Overall the record has a nice sheen to it and looks well cared for through the years.
All in all, the whole package is nice and clean. No musty smell, crisp clean cover with sticker fully intact, and it plays great!
