From the recent estate sale of a major Elvis fan club enthusiast in Costa Mesa. From what i could gather this collector was president of the fan club. Most of these LPs are in mint or near mint condition, quite a few are either sealed or still in shrink. One of the most organized record collections I’ve ever come across!
