Matrix ID number-- Side 1: L2 PY4731-11S Matrix ID number-- Side 2: L2 PY4732-10S
Cover: Mint with original shrink wrap and sharp pointy corners -fantastic condition, like new. Has a retail sticker on back cover shrink
Record: NM Has a few small very light hairline marks (as viewed under a bright light)
Inner sleeve: VG++ No splits. Corner has a fold/crease yellowing after 54 years
