Description

This is an auction for a HARD TO FIND H.M.V (His Masters Voice) copy of Elvis Presley's 1956 single release of Hound Dog / Don't Be Cruel.
This is the Gold Lettering issue.
The vinyl is visually EXCELLENT- condition with some light visible marks / scratches but nothing that can be felt and retaining a lot of it's natural sheen.
The labels are quite bright and have NO WRITING but do have a small stain on each side and a small ripple on one where a label has been removed.
This has the serrated edges around the label.
The centre is still intact!!
This comes with a HMV sleeve.

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS THE MUCH RARER EXPORT ISSUE AS PICTURED AND DESCRIBED AND NOT THE U.K STANDARD POP 249 ISSUE AS THE TITLE SUGGESTS! EVEN RARER IS THE FACT THAT AS AN EXPORT THE CENTRE IS STILL INTACT ( as a lot of these were Dinked out to make them suitable for overseas record players / jukeboxes!)
