due to the current ongoing problems within Royal Mail, all buyers please note that I will not be held accountable for delivery delays. I will only look into any queries / late deliveries 7 normal working days (mon-fri) after your expected delivery date, and not before. Their issues are out of my control and it's unfair to expect me as a seller to constantly be expected to chase royal mail or issue refunds for items not arriving on time. I send on time as per my listings and I ask that all customers please be patient and bear this in mind when buying from me, Thank you.
