Description

10" 45 rpm acetate. Elvis Presley did record a song called "I'll Take Love" for the 1966 film "Easy Come, Easy Go," written by Dolores Fuller/Mark Barkan. THIS IS NOT THAT SONG. It sounds like somebody trying to sound like Elvis, singing a different song with the same title. Or maybe a tossed-off vocal by the actual Elvis, trying the song out? Did the studio request a song called "I'll Take Love," and this one lost out? Or is it some cosmic coincidence? From a large collection of Hill & Range acetates that I've been listing. Unfortunately, this one has no lead sheet. Very nice VG+ condition, a few marks outside the playing surface (most of these 10" acetates actually have a 7" playing surface and a lot of blank space before the music starts.
