It's Italian and it's sealed!
First class shipping in the US is $3 for up to four records. Priority is $6 for up to eight records. Overseas bidders will need to consider the cost of priority shipping with tracking and insurance. EPs are separated from the jackets, put into a paper sleeve, and a plastic sleeve goes over the cardboard jacket and record, unless still sealed.
Reflections are due to wrinkles on the shrink wrap. The small spots are also on the shrink wrap
