Description

Want a terrific playing CREOLE copy in Mono..? You can certainly try and snag the early copies...but they could get expensive and quite often can disappoint on the audio front. Elvis was quite popular after all! And many copies do not play clean. If you do want to snag a proper 60's clean player well worth getting the Last Mono '69 copy. 
1969 Final Mono RCA copy pressed on heavy vinyl. Matrix 1B/1B. The vinyl comes housed in a genuine 60's mono cover. We also have the Decca inner sleeve date coded to summer 1969 [sweet!]. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete. We'll ship in an original late 50's inner to add to the early RnR aesthetic...
Vinyl (Ex) In marvellous condition having seen only lightest use. Under close inspection I could only make out a couple of slightest marks per side, one superficial trail - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an, at least, EXCELLENT level of playback with one slight deviation. Intros and inbetweens are lovely and quiet and the audio comes across with excellent clarity. Get yourself a PROPER copy which will nail it all the way through. Even into those quieter passages. Struggling to find fault. A few brief crackles in one isolated spot per side. And a couple of minor ticks in 'Steadfast'.  Highly recommended. Highly accomplished.
Cover (Vg+) In lovely condition particularly considering the vintage. But note that someone taped the edges with sellotape many moons ago. I have removed it all - but it has left discolouration at the edges. On the upside it has protected the edges better than most original covers. Apart for the tape discolouration the rear has actually avoided a lot of the ageing process. Hardly any edge wear and sharp firm openings Spine is 99% intact. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity. 
Inner[s] (Vg+) Light ageing. Bag present. No splits.
