You have the opportunity to bid on this VG+ copy of "Love Me Tender / Any Way You Want Me" (47-6640) by ELVIS PRESLEY. I am gradually listing to sell my Elvis record collection, which I began putting together shortly after The King's untimely demise in 1977. My collection of First Pressings is quite vast and continues today with this 1956 hit single. In all of my years of collecting, I have always strived for the best quality, seeking out the best examples that I could find and upgrading lesser graded records along the way. My focus will be primarily 1968 and earlier material, which is the most popular amongst collectors. Stay tuned!
This huge Elvis hit single was released in 1956 on RCA Victor records and is VG+ with clean labels; no writing, tape or stickers ever! The vinyl is very clean and glossy with just some superficial scratches that should not hinder the listening enjoyment. The Dark Pink & Black Picture Sleeve is a beautiful NM example with no creases; just slight evidence of handling is noticed. Absolutely no split seams! The back of the sleeve has a "checklist" of all of Elvis' singles to date (1956) and it is free of the check marks that are so commonly seen on these sleeves! Absolutely no writing, grafitti, tape or staple holes! A very clean record and a stellar Picture Sleeve to compliment the finest of Elvis collections. See the photos and judge for yourself. This record will come housed in a plain sleeve as well.
