Elvis Presley LP: Rock `n Roll. 1956 UK first pressing on the HMV label. Cat No: CLP 1093. 1N;1N matrix numbers on vinyl run off. Laminated sleeve has some corner wear and slight partial edge wear. The spine is clean and clear aside from a small abrasion on the "EL" of Elvis. There is partial, light laminate peel on opening side of sleeve and a 1cm nick near top right. Rear sleeve is clean with two small creases to bottom flip back. The 1cm nick is also present on rear sleeve. The sleeves on this release were thin, making it almost impossible to find a mint sleeve. Sleeve strictly graded VG+/EX-. The vinyl has been very well looked after indeed. Vinyl has clean labels and light spindle wear. There is are some light marks that are more visible if held at an angle to a bright light. I have played both sides of this classic LP. There is only the very occasional, often barely audible light background. Even during the silent run off grooves between tracks, there is only the occasional light background. Vinyl graded EX+. With original white inner sleeve. Inner graded EX+/Near Mint. Mega rare classic.
