Description
Elvis Presley LPM-1254.
Here we have a first pressing of Elvis' 1956 debut LP with the rare "pale pink" & green cover lettering.
The disc itself is in VG+ condition with several hairline marks. There are no skips or deep scratches. What noise there is is most evident on the quieter tracks "I Love You Because" & "Blue Moon".
The cover grades VG with a fair amount of ring wear. There is the beginning of a two-inch seem split on the spine (pictured) & small split on the upper right. The original rice paper inner sleeve is included though it has seen better days.
This is a very nice copy of a classic Elvis first pressing that is difficult to find in this condition. It was, in fact, my own play copy until I recently came across one in NM-.
